I choose to end my lease with a two month buyout. This will be equivalent to two (2) months worth of all reoccurring fees for my unit.
Pay Until Rented -
I choose to continue to pay all fees associated with my unit until a time at which it has been re-rented or my original lease ends. All fees will be due as per original lease terms. I am also responsible for keeping continuous all utilities until a time at which the unit is re-rented.
