Copperleaf is a rental community in Summit Township with lofts, townhouses, and one-floor apartments. The lofts and townhouses are two-level homes with two or three bedrooms. Our one-floor apartments come in one-, two-, and three-bedroom layouts.
Palermo Realty developed Copperleaf and runs it from an office on the property. Our family has owned and operated the company in Erie since 1972. Three generations of the family have worked in construction, development, and property management.
Maintenance staff is on call 24 hours a day for repairs inside your home. We also provide on-site security for residents. Security cameras are posted around the property and at the rental garage units.
Residents can book our Social Hall and Banquet Room for private events. The two rooms together hold up to 150 guests, with tables and chairs for 84 in the Banquet Room. You can host weddings, graduation parties, and business meetings in the space with free Wi-Fi and a dance floor.
Fitness center access and most other amenities at Copperleaf come with your lease. Garage and storage units rent separately and are also open to the public:
Pet owners can keep up to two pets in each home at Copperleaf. We do not allow aggressive dog breeds or any breed with an adult weight over 75 pounds. Our team can go over specific breed restrictions with you.
Tours of Copperleaf are available by appointment through our property manager, Trisha Mattis. You can call her at 814-722-3771 to set up a visit or ask about open units. We accept rental applications for Copperleaf year-round.
Our property is off Route 99 between the city of Erie and the borough of Edinboro. Interstate 79 and downtown Erie are both within minutes of Copperleaf. You can also reach Interstate 90 nearby for trips east to Buffalo or west to Cleveland.
Millcreek Mall is less than two miles away on Upper Peach Street. Businesses on our property include Falcone's Kitchen, The Buzz at Copperleaf, Garver's Barbers & More, and Ironstone Meadery. An insurance agency, a law firm, and a real estate settlement office also lease commercial space at Copperleaf.
Each loft at Copperleaf has an open layout with living space on the first floor and a second floor. Every townhouse has a second-level deck with its own storage room. You can also find townhouse units with an attached one-car or two-car garage.
Six of our nine floor plans are apartments with every room on one level. The Windsor is our only three-bedroom apartment and the largest home on a single floor. All six apartment plans are on the first floor of their buildings.
Bedroom count and square footage do not always line up in our floor plans. Our two-bedroom loft has more square feet than either of the three-bedroom plans:
You can rent a Copperleaf loft or townhouse in Summit Township with shared amenities and on-site maintenance included. Six one-floor apartment plans are also available on the same property.
